with the advent of Covid-19 the social dynamics have changed for everyone. In full compliance with health regulations, we are confident that we can guarantee a vacation in complete safety. We defeat the virus together and cultivate the values of conviviality and carefreeness that only a vacation can give.

We continuously monitor the evolution of the health indications of the competent
bodies and we have adopted the following rules to protect the safety of guests and employees of our facility.

Cancellation Policy

In order to react to the uncertainty caused by the health emergency we have established a special cancellation policy to meet all those who dream of a vacation in the hills of Siena.

Free cancellation, without penalty, up to 24 hours after your check-in.
At the time of booking you will be requested only the credit card as guarantee, the balance of the reservation can be made at check-in.

Let's leave together and travel around Italy.
For subsequent cancellations or no-show, the amount of the entire stay will be charged.

Reception

In order to avoid groupings and comply with social distancing rules, we have introduced the following procedures:

Immediately after the reservation you can make the self check-in, indicating your data and those of the other members of your group in complete autonomy, you will receive an email with the link to make the registration.
The use of a surgical mask or ffp2 and the use of gel sanitizer at the entrance is mandatory to access the reception.
At the Management's discretion, the body temperature can be measured with an infrared thermometer. The data of the detection will not be disclosed to any third party if lower than the temperature of 37.5°. Otherwise the access to the structure will not be possible and it will be necessary to report the territorial ASL.
In the apartments/rooms there are internal telephones to communicate at a distance directly with the Reception in case of any need.
In the structure we have made available to guests sanitizing gel with alcohol composition between 60% and 85%.

Cleaning and sanitization of the environments

We always use disposable gloves, mask and glasses during our cleaning, as well as appropriate clothing. At the end of each cleaning cycle, used clothing is machine washed at +60°C;
We wash the linen of the rooms in the washing machine at a temperature of at least 60° C;
We air our rooms every day to ensure a good exchange of air;
For the deep cleaning of surfaces we use the common bleach with concentrations greater than 1% sodium hypochlorite and 75% alcohol and special sanitizing solutions with sodium hypochlorite concentrations greater than 0.5%.
To avoid irritation we use a lot of water during the rinsing phase;
We focus mainly on handles, TV remote control, air conditioning remote control, keys to the apartment and interior doors, intercom and flat surfaces;
We carry out a complete cleaning of the air conditioners and filters on a monthly basis;
We use a dishwasher at a temperature of 70° C to sanitize the dishes.
The pool is equipped with an automatic purification system based on chlorine, the same sodium hypochlorite contained in the bleach. Therefore there is no safer place than the pool at this time.

Social distancing and restaurant

In the common and catering areas: breakfasts and dinners are served in full respect of the social distancing imposed by the legislation
Breakfast is served in "table service" mode, without buffet
Meals are served to a much smaller number of people than the total capacity of the rooms with a guaranteed social distance of 2 meters.
